Working principle of brushless motor of vacuum cleaner

Classification:Enterprise dynamics Release time:2022-10-26 122

Brushless motor is the heart of vacuum cleaner. The main types of vacuum cleaner motor are: dry vacuum cleaner motor, dry and wet vacuum cleaner motor.

The dust collector motor consists of two parts: the motor part and the fan part. Because the dust collector motor has a high speed requirement, which is generally 20000-30000 rpm, the motor mainly adopts the series excitation type motor.

Operating principle of brushless motor of dust collector:

It is composed of stator, rotor, front and rear covers (covers) and cooling fan blades. The stator is composed of stator core and winding sleeved on pole shoe, which is used to generate excitation flux, conduct magnetism and support front and rear covers; The rotor is composed of rotor iron core, shaft, armature winding and commutator. Its function is to ensure and generate continuous electromagnetic torque. It drives the load to work through the shaft, converts electrical energy into mechanical energy, and drives the lower wind bin to quickly draw out the air in the dust collection bucket under high-speed rotation. A vacuum is formed in the dust collection bucket, and dust and other debris are sucked in through the dust suction hose. The front and rear covers support the armature and connect the stator and rotor into one. The rotating shaft, front and rear covers shall have sufficient strength to prevent resonance between the armature and the cover, causing vibration and danger. Generally, there are rolling or sliding bearings in the front and rear covers.
